Rabian Brooks
Rabian M. Brooks III has practiced law since 1998. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants all over the state of Florida in state and federal courts in the areas of complex and general commercial litigation (including non-compete covenants), bankruptcy, commercial landlord tenant, real estate and personal injury law. He has had the privilege of representing a broad range of clients from individuals in personal injury matters to regional and national corporate clients. He has practiced and had the honor to serve as an equity or non-equity partner in firms ranging in size from 2 attorneys to over 200 attorneys.
Mr. Brooks is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S., Finance, 1994) and received his law degree from the University of Florida (J.D., with Honors, 1997). At the University of Florida, Mr. Brooks served as President of the Student Bar Association and received the Book Award for his team having received the highest score in his Trial Practice course.
Mr. Brooks has authored and presented materials for continuing legal education on commercial eviction and enforcement of landlord’s lien procedures. He has further presented to members of the financial and real estate industries on foreclosure procedures and related issues. Mr. Brooks has been certified as a circuit court mediator by the Florida Supreme Court (No. 41769 R) and brings his broad range of legal experience to focus on finding solutions for all types of parties involved in legal disputes.
